IIAC 2011-2012 is underway. Info has come home in Monday Mailers.
To donate online use link near top right of page.
We are so excited to be able to accept credit cards this year, plus offer the added convenience of paying your Invest In A Child Donation online through our partnership with SchoolFees.US. Now it will be easier than ever to reach out to relatives in other states and have them donate on your behalf!
Here’s How:
1. Got to www.qgpti.com.
2. Click on the button on the right side of the page that says, “Donate to IIAC”. (This will take you to our secure page.)
3. Type in the last name of the child that will get credit for the donation. If there is more than one child with that last name, choose the correct child – their teacher and grade will populate)
4. Click “Donate Now” and follow the steps to make your donation!
It’s super easy! Be sure to only click the “Donate Now” button only once to avoid multiple transactions.
You will receive an e-mail receipt from our partner, SchoolFees.
We are really excited about this new addition.
We are able to track donations in real time, as well as print out reports that make it faster and easier to tally our classes and totals.
This is simply an added convenience for those who like to pay online or want to donate with a credit card.
When you request matching funds from your place of employment it does count toward your total. Simply write on the envelope what company will be matching the funds and the amount.
If they give you a receipt from your online request to match, supplying me with a copy of that helps me verify your donation with them.
Your total at the bottom of the envelope should be for your donations plus the matching amount. Remember to fill out raffle tickets for every $50 (this includes all matching funds).

Parents,
Please update your information in PTO Manager for the coming school year. It is planned that PTO Manager will be the prefered method to send parents information on school-wide, class and grade activities from PTI.
It takes less than 5 minutes.
Previous Year Parents…
You will at minimum, need to update your child’s class/grade assignment to ensure you receive notices for class, grade and general events etc at school.
The link to ‘QGPTI PTO Manager’ is to the right in the ‘Links’ column.
You can retrieve your password from the PTOManager site.
Your first year at Queen’s Grant?
Go to site and fill out a registration. One of SLT members will check details and approve you.
Details of how to use the site are posted on each page as you update/register.
- Update your contact information (Step 1).
- Update the areas at school you may be able to help out with during the coming school year (Step 2).
- Update your students grade and homeroom details so that emails make it to you for your child’s grade level or classroom (Step3).
